true but they will at least tow the car and call the owner. they will probably not find who stole it, although they did catch the guy who stole my buddys GSR civic within a week, so who knows

unless somone is going around yelling they are selling stolen parts.. i think who ever stripped it is gone... as far as the owner getting notified... **** jsut run the vin yourself...
