Are you asking where you can just pay for an inspection sticker without getting an inspection? If that's the case, this ****'s going to get locked QUICK!

I will say however that if you're worried about the motor swap passing...you're more likely to pass inspections if you go to a Mom & Pop's place. They're much more likely NOT to notice/even know what's going on in the engine bay.
