It's a wheel/tire. There were a few of them around the car.

All I can tell you is that it's an automatic white coupe from Welsh & the Boulevard and it had gray 17x9 Sport Maxes.

I feel bed for the guys that did it if they get caught. He has a bit of a temper :eek:

When he called me the first time he was flipping out. I just got another phone call and he seemed pretty calm and somewhat confident that it was towed. Wouldn't they have to give him some sort of warning, though? They can't just come and take his **** without any notice, right?
