A friend of mine just got a 20th Anniversary GTI and he is curious about playing with the sway bars. Are there any sway bar upgrades or are the stock ones good as is?

I have H&R...I do NOT recommend this bar unless you're able to get all new bushings and bearings from another company, what comes with the bar is crap and will most likely break...I do recommend Autotech cause the bar actually bolts to the frame, the Neuspeed bar is very popular as well, and if he intends on slamming the slut to the ground and will eventually need a new front sway (which is a total pain in the ass cause you have to drop the whole front end of the car) I would go with the H-sport ones from Hotchkis...I simple rear sway should do the job fine...good luck

I got all of mine from blackforrestindustries.com and I love them. They aren't that expensive and fast shipping!

I got my h-sport sways from WRD. Right now they are running a special on them as well I believe.
