View Full Version : Does anyone know anything about this WRX???

Anyone recognize this car, or maybe it's past owner is on here?

It is currently for sale at a Dealership in Doylestown. It is listed as a WRX TR, but in the pics, it shows an STI top mount. I don't know much about the different trims, but I was pretty sure the TR is the most base WRX...correct?

So does anyone know this car and know what else is done to it??

TR is the base model WRX. (if you look the side mirrors aren't even painted) The previous owner obviously did some upgrades to it. I personally don't think I would buy it, since its clearly modded.

If thats the car I'm thinking of, the guy went to bucks last year I saw it every morning..had an exhaust and I think a BOV on it at the time.

I'm not buying it, are you kidding? I just bought a house, I'll be driving this gay focus into the ground more than likely.

A friend of mine is in the market for a newer used car and came across it. I don't know much about the Subies, but I knew that it was modded when I saw that it was a TR with an STI topmount. I said the same thing, even mildly upgraded, chances are it was beat on a lil bit, and I'd look for a stock one. I think was just appealing to him becuase it's a few grand cheaper than regular WRX's.

I figured someone on here knows the owner, even if they aren't on here.

cool...I suggested he just go check it out if anything. The same dealer has a few used WRX's on the lot.

NP man, what dealer is it BTW. I know of a few other dealers that usually have clean WRXs in stock, PM me.
