Anyone ever sell their scrap metal?
How much did you earn, any local places?
I've got enough aluminum to build a statue of myself.

Wrong. Aluminum is going for more money than it has in a long time.
There's a place right off of Trevose Rd that takes scrap metal.

Aluminum is going for around 60cents a pound depends where you go. When the company i work for demos a gas station we make a $1000 in aluminum scrap. The more work a scrap yard has to do to get the metal the less they pay....i.e. cars take a lot of work to seperate what can and cannot be recycled
hmm aluminum is def down on prices i used to get atleast 70 cents a pound now its like 25-30 cents...

yeah wilcox is nice if you like having him screw you over the scale. Prospect Metal in quakertown's scale is right on the money and no BS! Unfortunitely they don't take aluminum and copper.
On the other hand, scrap has dropped off big time! The shredders have no orders to be fulfilled so the price is just going down.

Just about everything dropped. Idk what that dude is saying about it going up. There was an article in the Wall Street Journal like 2 weeks ago about the drop in metal prices.
