This question is for anyone who has experience in the matter..

First off I know Im an idiot etc etc.. I recieved a ticket for 117 on a 50. The process took 5 minutes the cop was cool i was cool pulled over before he even caught up and was polite and respectful. Despite all of that I got a wreckless and a speeding ticket again 117 on a 50.

Couple of factors. This is my first speeding ticket ever. The cop mentioned that when we get into court she will try and help out (couldve written the ticket for less but whatever).

Questions:
What is the unsafe drivers program that people use how does it work and will it help?

What should I say in court that may help me out?

Will my clean record help at all?

To sum it up what can i expect in court from best to worst case scenario and what can i do to make this as painless as possible?

When you go to court you may want to plea to a lesser speed with a high fine. Sounds like the officer will be open to this just hope the judge is.

Best shot is to go to court and see what happens. Doing over double the speed limit isn't a situation where much is going to have a huge impact other than what the officer and more importantly the judge feel like doing. Worst case scenario you get all the charges and you lose your license, best case scenario is they lower some of the charges and you don't lose your license but still get points.
