TST information on caravan to SEMA - May 22

The SEMA Show is coming to Atlantic City again this year on the weekend of May 20-22. I went last year and it was really cool.

I'm planning on attending on May 22 and if anyone else wants to caravan over, be my guest.

I'm also toying with the idea of heading up the night before and partying that night... anyone up for that too?

I'll go again this year. Ash and I caravanned down with some NASIOC'ers last year. A TST caravan would be cool.

my car may be IN the show, which obviously means ill be there. anyone else intterested in showing off their ride? the entry is $50 which is steep, but it can give your car ( and car club ) a whole lot of exposure. and if you are a part of a car club, all of the cars in the club can be located next to eachother.

also, i have access to a place at 5200 boardwalk which can sleep 3-4 people. so if someone needs a place to crash, i may be able to get the place for the weekend.

Damn!! Going to miss it again! Missed it last year because I was in Iraq and now I'm going to miss it again because I have to go to Denver. Won't be able to go to it next year because I might be deployed again.

Atleast there are other shows that go on during the year.

ok, heres the deal:

i have the apartment secured for the entire weekend. ill be there from thursday through monday. the apartment sleeps 7 comfortably ( 2 singles, two queens & a king. the king is reserved for myself & a significant other which means 5 spaces are open. more can be accomodated on the floor via sleeping bags & if the weather is good, sleeping out on the terrace is awesome. i am happy to have people over the place just keep in mind that the place belongs to my grandparents which simply means keep the place clean. ill be at red robin tomorrow to discuss sleeping arangements for people who would like to stay.

im not sure but ill check. the place is at 5200 boardwalk which is in ventnor. ventnor is close enough to atlantic city that you could walk to the casinos on the boardwalk but its far enough from them so u can get some sleep at night. ill check to see what the nearest motel is, but as for now, there are still open places to crash at my place.
