I'm thinking of coming down for this event. Anyone else going to be there?

Will be my first time at a Philly event this year, or actually for 2 years since I didn't make it to any last year either.

I'll have my '91 CRX Si, and likely run it in EP only because so many of the panels are missing from just recently doing the body work and not being finished yet. ;)

Do you know if there is still pre reg? Ive been dying to get to one before the season is over. I missed them all this year.

Yes, seems they are using a different place besides MyAutoEvents.com now;

I don't see anything that there is a discount if you pre-register or not which some regions will do. Can anyone who runs with Philly more often confirm that?

I'm undecided if I want to go down depending on the weather. Race tires don't work as well in the cold but I'd love to get a little more seat time in with the new tires anyways.

I havent had a chance to try out my coilovers yet, its going to be cold and I dont think its going to rain. I kinda curious to see how my tires do also.

I had my CRX out many times this year, which started from bone stock on mis-matched street tires, including snows in the rear to its current state. It was always going under some big changes throughout the year and then settled down a bit. I had it out on Labor Day for a small local event and then started the body work but had it out again this past weekend with NEPA in Frackville. However, it had different tires on it since the time it was out at Labor Day.

I checked the weather and it looks like a slim chance of rain and is partly why I do not want to pre-register because I won't make the trip to run in the rain or if it is really cold. I think this will be one of those events I decide if I am going late the night before or even the morning of.

I tried getting a friend to come with me and co-drive but he has work... bah! He's on here so maybe he'll see this post :P

It's not going to rain on Sunday.

No discount for pre-reg, but it does make it easier on the staff that run the event.

It's not going to rain on Sunday.

I am normally at all events, but I'm going to NJMP instead to get one last track day in.

It's not going to rain on Sunday.

Yea...the power of positive thought....I'm not a fan of rainy track days...autox in the rain is awesome though...you should really do it as it will teach you more about control and the limits of your car then a dry event would.

I'll be there for sure, rain or shine :)

I agree with you about autocrossing in the rain and have already but I don't enjoy traveling this far to autocross in the rain, and it's gonna be some cold rain!

Also racing tires aren't any good in the rain which only leaves me with some crappy used street tires from a local junk yard if I wanted to run those instead. I'd go in the rain if it was closer and warmer...

I'll try to make it down, I don't think I'm gonna run though my brakes have been acting up lately.

Weather report is looking a lot better than earlier so I will more than likely be there unless something changes by tonight or tomorrow morning.

I'll have my 91 CRX Si, look for the one in primer with a red roof and no trim pieces. Stop by and say hi :)

oneday, on Philly's site it says they are running a Full Day Format. Which run order will that be? I know they generally run all of certain classes together and sometimes depending on what class you are you either show up early, and leave early, or can even show up a little later and run later and then leave later.

I'm just curious when EP will run. If I can get out earlier that'd be cool cause I do have work that night and maybe could get a small nap; or if I don't have to wake up as early that'd be good cause I could possibly stop some where on my way home about something.

If you aren't sure or I don't hear from you I guess I'll show up expecting to be there all day.
