just a quick question and appreciate any feed back.

I know license plate flippers are illegal to use on the road, definitly dont condone that, but are they illegal to have installed on your car if they are never used on public/state roads, only off?

technically just another way to mount a L. plate right?

i haven't had time to ask some fellow friends who are also in law enforcement due to work and full time at penn state

**only put on for drift events and to have fun with OFF the road**

(will be putting the evil monkey from family guy behind it soon) lol

**edit: this is reguarding Pennsylvania laws. but for surrounding states info would also be greatly appreciatied
