DVD player in car

How strick are the cops on the DVD player in the car while driving? I mean i drive around with my nephew in the car and he likes to watch movies oin long rides... Keeps him quiet haha but how are they on that subject?

Thats up to the individual officer on how strict they are. If your watching Sesame Street to entertain your nephew that shouldn't cause much harm but if you driving through town with a porn on make volume with your windows down that may cause an issue.
