1990... it is one of my all time favorite movies. I can recite most of the lines in it when I am watching it

might be another movie with that line but it is definitley in Men at work also. When Charlie sheen and Emilio Estevez find the dead guy in the trash can, their superrvisor riding along with them says that or something very similar.
