From what i remember, they heads are very close to the same with only certain b20 heads having larger valves. No point really.

if its a jdm p8r b20 head, yes. they have 33mm intake valves (same as vtec heads). all the other ls heads are 31mm.

The larger valves would make a small difference. One thing to consider is what the compression ratio would be after the swap.
