Anyone know a good vender of replacements HID bulbs in the Philadelphia area? I want to replace bulbs on a non-OEM HID system (brand name KU). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

there was a vendor previously that sold the kits not sure if they are still on here. but i got mine on ebay for 30$ shipped

Krazy House Customs is a vendor here and does a lot of HID stuff... I'd get in touch with them.
