driving without a shirt on.

after i go for a long mountain bike ride im sweating up a storm. i usually take my jersey i was wearing and hang it from my roof rack. i dont want to get my seats covered in mud, dirt and stinky sweat. thus, i am naked from my waist up. can i get a ticket for being naked? have you ever written anyone up for this, or pulled them over JUST for this purpose. thank you

Depends how bad you stink, if I can smell you following you in my patrol car then sure or if I have droplets of your pit sweat hitting my windshield its on.

But seriously I sat here and thought about what I might be able to possibly give you that wasn't way out of left field and there isn't really anything. First thing that came to mind would be indecent exposure but that would only be if your driving actually naked with the machinery hanging out. If your just driving with your shirt off don't expect to see my lights anytime soon.
