Im gonna be putting the sr20det in my 240 and i wanna put a new clutch in before i do. its gonna stay stock for a lil bit but im gonna go bigger injectors, turbo and power fc in the future.

So ive heard good things about spec clutches and im looking at a spec stage 2+, thatll hold pretty much all the power ill ever make @ a max of 380hp.

I wanted to see what you guys are running and how you like them!! help a brotha out

Reese (DriftNasty180sx) has been sending people to HR Clutch I believe it's called. I don't have any personal experience with them, but I've heard good things. Give them a call and see what they can do for you.

I have the Spec stage 3+. I installed it with my built motor install. I ran the motor N/A for almost 2 years before I finally boosted it. LOL I really like the clutch feel and it's very light.

I have two friends with spec clutches on their 240s with SR's. They seem to like and have had it for a couple years thru everyday/drift driving.

ive also replaced more trannies in ur z than n e one else, should i not run a tranny lmfao. I always thougt it was more than the clutch that made them go, and the fact uve had slipping issues and grinding makes me think its not all the clutch. which is why im askin a number of guys using em.

spec is good for the steet...my street car i have exedy 3 puck, with stock fw....my drift car is blitz twin and I have OS Giken twin that i have not put in,,i only recomend these clutches if you are racing the car.

I just had an F1 Racing Stage 2 clutch and 11lbs flywheel put in last week. It feels great. Grabs strong.
Pretty much same company as Exedy (Pressure plate even said exedy on it). Great deal on Zilvia for 'em from the vendor Massimo Power.
Got clutch kit/flywheel/and a new slave cylinder for $338 shipped. Can't beat that.

I have a spec 3 . had for2 1/2 yrs in my 240. still grippy as hell and its a daily driver. So i def beat on it. Also hr clutch is good to. u can have it built to ur specs.

i spun through those 3 puck exedy's = wasnt happy with em (the hypers are nuts tho)

now i have clutchnet and spec3

ACT with fidanza flywheel

i dd my car for a year and a half before i got a daily.. and it saw abuse every day. car has seen 7 sets of new tires on the rear with under 15k on the car since i built it. tracked about a dozen.. great clutch.. just a great clutch. i dont know where your from but your more then welcome to come by and take it for a spin.

my brother has rb20 with act extreme heavy duty unsprung clutch disc with a heavy duty flywheel
and its great no splipin or nothing but not for everyday driving

I had that in my last car and hated it to d/d!! I still swear my left leg was a lot bigger than my right from it lol. But that clutch is so strong my tranny went lol
