That is some horsecrap. If you are found to be operating under the influence and recklessly operating a vehicle, you should not be allowed to file a lawsuit.
Add that into the price of a new Mustang GT I guess....

if i were the judge i would have told them to bite a big one. First off Drinking and driving and let alone speeding. And not wearing seat belts....jesus drinking and driving alone is asking for a death wish

They dont deserve no $$ They deserve a swift kick to the A$$.
