bugs in the site

ok here is the deal, i tried to post an avatar of a small size, and post my garage on this site and i keep getting an error message that says, "post requests can not be made by foriegn users." i'm not a forgien user what ever that means, and for some odd reason i'm showing up as a resident in New Jersey...I live in PA!

so if anyone knows how i can change this stuff or fix it for me if u'r the site manager, post a repley thanks.

Are you trying to link to an image for your avatar that is already online, or upload one? Is it smaller than 180x180 and 39KB?
