I would imagine Buddy Club has more R&D work into their products. That may not equate to more power though as it is much cheaper to let someone do the work and then reverse engineer it or knock it off.
It would probably help if you told people what kind of car you have and what other mods you have so they can make informed recommendations.

What kind of car? Once we establish that this should be moved to the appropriate car specific section.

Are you taking his question seriously?

Im about 95% sure he probably has a 06-08 Si. In which case the Vibrant header is better. That buddy club header to me is junk.

dude.... its simply the best header on the market hands down. But you get what u pay for. If you want a vibrant header cause you can't afford it then fine. You can only do what u can afford. I know for my H22 its 1400 for the header. So if you can't put out the loot then i would go with another hand made header. I don't like headers like DC, Vibrant, Greddy, etc. They all are junk.

Most of your friends prob have the 500 dollar replica that is made by hytech. But a true hand made hytech is in the 1000's. the replica is still a solid header tho.

Not sure but do they make an MMW header for the civic.....MMW= Monster Motor Works, all there stuff is hand made and top quality and produce good gains for many applications...Not sure about honda though

Vibrant headers are hand made, 304SS, and TIG welded. Very nice headers.
I'v installed buddy club headers on a few SI's and I like them also. Their collector design is very nice. And the fab gets an A+.

ive had a few different headers over the past and i had the hytech replica at one point and that was nice. i also know some people with the actual hand made hytech and that is just nasty. but personally i would have to have my motor built and top notch and a bunch of other mods done to my car before i could see spending well over $1000 for a hytech. the vibrant would be my suggestion as stated the quality is great and fitment is great as well. and from what i have seen they make good power

i would say the better headers are most of the time the ones that are actually tested and designed for the car, which means they will cost more go with spoon headers or j's racing dont ever get dc headers crap i have seen them to many times not do a thing for hp and some times hurt hp
