Ok so Im on my way back from a broken ankle that happened at the end of my season last year and I need to get my speed back. I've always been pretty fast, but I want to come back even faster. My goal is to be 210lbs and have a decent 40. I've never actually been timed in the 40 but estimate somewhere in the mid to high 4's, like a 4.7 or something last season. I want to be at least at a 4.5. I know of a lot of exercises to help, but was wondering if anyone has lowered they're times and what worked for them. Thanks in advance for the help.

P.S.- I know some people may say that 40 times are over rated because you don't have the chance to set up in a 3-point stance and run perfectly straight for 4-5 secs. Regardless, I just want to be faster haha.

understanding how they work can help on getting faster.

Yea ive incorporated both before. Was just curious about that particular program since he claims nothing will get you as good of results and blah blah blah.

PS- just cause my car is slow doesn't mean I am so shut it haha
