Im pretty sure its a SRT 4 its oragne with a wing Im pretty sure I saw it at Atco last night then again this morning at Temple. Anyone know em?

Saw a blue hondo could have swore it had tri state turner on the license plate. This was on 12th street in the middle of temple campus.
