Hey everyone. I've been looking for a 240sx for quite a while now and I found one in MD. Its a 95 with a 97/98 conversion on it. The redtop has roughly 45k on it, but the chassis has 175k on it. I'm a little concerned because it is a rather high number. As long as I replace all the rubber parts in the suspension do I really have much to worry about?

As long as the car has been taken care of, chassis mileage shouldn't matter too much. Yes, with time parts such as suspension, brakes, hoses, etc will begin to wear and need fixing/replacing, but if you don't mind doing that it shouldn't be that bad. Remember, a 95 is a 13 year old car.
