chiped honda ecu cant pull diag codes

So my sol got a chiped ecu.. p28 i think.. id have to double check


anyhow whenever i jump the cables to make the cel flash codes it doesnt do anything but flash very fast steady.. its obviously a malfunction

now i will note that i had to repair the solder job that was done by whatever tuner origionally did the car.. however it was only to fix the zif socket and a jumper header.. the ecu seems to work with and without the chip fine but i cant find my cel's

has anyone had a problem like this? i might try swapping a stock ecu just to try to pull codes

also who would you guys recommend for a honda tuner.. im going to want this car looked over after i put the new turbo on it and get it retuned.

Hmmm...def sounds like a bad chip or something messed up with the socket...Contact Chris a Xenocron Tuning for getting your car tuned, He's the man I think he is a vender on here too

i have to recommend Vince at R/T. but the right tuner also has to do with the chip that your using for him to tune off of. if your having problems you might wanna go ahead and just get a new setup in there. tuning isnt something to really mess with at least in my eyes.
