So recently I just got my 2ed dirtbike, and I ride up too my friends alot, But my one neigherbor is a Judge, and I dont think she likes it when I go past her house.
So I was wondering Is it legal for me too ride it on the street too my friends, I mean,. Its about 1/2 mile or less, And I am wearing a helmet and Im not going very fast and Im staying off too the shoulder.

The bike is A 125CC, 2 stroke, No lights.. Signals...? so my question is am I doing anything that could get me in trouble?

... you bumped your post? It was what 6 spaces down?

Its a DIRTbike

If its not registered and doesnt have the proper equipment to be operated on the street it doesnt belong on the street. Staying on the shoulder and traveling a short distance MAY be your saving grace depending on the officer but don't be surprised if you get stopped for a chat.

The reason I asked if you were in Denver was, Im in NJ The laws for off road vehicle very from state to state. Bane is right the key word here is dirtbike. The best thing you can do is walk your bike down to your buddies house. And don't piss off a Judge for crying out loud!
