lol zilvia is rwd. sr20forum and sr20-forum are the only forums based around fwd sr20's but i was banned from sr20-forum so i cant use that site for info.

AWD Trans on at DE: Yes. A DE transmission will bolt right up to a GTi-R, so the reverse should work. Looking to do an AWD conversion?

VE head on GTi-R: I'm not really sure about this. I don't want to give you any bad info. More then liklet, it will. You may have to get creative with the oil feed to the head, much like what people have had to do when putting a VE head on a DE block.

haha im looking to do a little bit more then awd
you will see when the time comes and its finished

so my plan with my block will work hopefully
yea thats what i was thinking since the fwd works on a gtir block but i think a de block is wider then the gtir block so idk yet

All I know is that the Gtir's SR20 is not the same as the S14 N S13's engine

You wouldn't have this issue if you had a real SR.

Try www.NICOclub.com FailWD: http://forums.nicoclub.com/zeroforum?id=169

de block is too wide for gtir tranny
vet block works on gtir head but you have to bore out the holes for the head studs.

HA you talk about FailWD
im talking about AWD bitch :-p

oh and i found this out like a week ago on the 31st

sr20s come in fwd, awd, and rwd
so far from what ive searched there is no awd sr20 with a vet head
so im guessing i shall be first unless someone beats me to it in the next 2 years then i will epically own you rwd sr20s =P

As opposed to what? A fake SR? :)

Remember kiddies, the FWD SE-R people were around doing this stuff long before the drift-o 240 craze caught on! Nothing personal, just letting you know a little bit of SR20 history that most people overlook.

yup but gtir tranny fits into the b13 chassis better then the xtrail tranny does lol plus id rather spend 6k on a build block, the head, and tranny instead of about the same or more on importing that **** stock and used

ok bro i did a gti-r swap in a 200sx a year ago. here is what i found different. oil pan are basicly the same except when i went to put the two peice axle there was only to bolt instead of three. but the again i was going from awd to fwd.

ok you need the full drivetraine tranny shift linkage axles and rear diff assembly call mike at www.jdmmotorsportz.com he has the full swap sitting there without engine.
