ok i was just wandering, since there are a lot of honda guys on here, i am thinking of running my civic at the track just so i can get some base numbers for the swap, and then see what it runs after its ls turbo'd.

yes... i know.. its not going to be fast/quick at all..so please dont flame me or say anything like "ur wasting ur time" because like i said..im not diong this for bragging rights, im doing this to see what the car runs before i do anything else to it..

93 Civic Dx 2dr
5spd
stock clutch and flywheel
2000 civic EX D16y8 SOHC VTEC w/ 80k on it

no cat, magnaflow 2.5in cat back, CAI chipped ECU *only thing previous owner told me was it was chipped and the rev limiter was bumped to 8200 rpms.

I'd bring something to do both while making your 1/4 run and after you break it.

Yeah...more than likely a high 15. What track are you going to? I'm heading down to Maple grove tomorrow, Cecil county is closed. They are having the lucas oil drag series come through this weekend

you should be able to wheel a 2.2-2.1 60 foot on street tires. just get a good launch and thats all you can hope for.

DAMN...i'm definately a fan of the 70 chevelle. I got my drag radials on already, i should be up there right about the time the gates open
