Description:
Well i hate to be a quitter, but i guess it has gotten to the point where it's necessary. This is my project car that i must sell in order to take care of more important things.
***Please keep in mind while reading that this car has been assembled with every intention of driving it for a long time. this is not a temporary money maker type of project. it is not a "i built it sh*tty and i only care about going fast" project. i have taken many steps to ensure that this car was properly assembled so that i could use it as a daily driver with no worries of anything going wrong. no shortcuts. ***
***Along with the car, you will get my receipt book. It is a 3 ring binder with plastic holder pages filled with receipts representing every major purchase except the car itself (private sale). the major one is the receipt for the engine/trans/ECU from the importer.***
So WTF is it???
The car is a 1995 Acura Integra GSR. 148,020 miles. originally the car was Milano red with a black leather interior. the seats are gone, but the rest of the black interior remains, including the leather arm rest and door panels. The swap is in, the car runs great. everything functions as it should. there is a CEL because there is no O2 sensor connected. that is the only code.
Engine: OBD1 JDM H22A (from a BB4 Honda Prelude)
Trans: M2A4 - 5 speed
ECU: P13
Exterior: 98-01 front end.
Paint: Unpainted, partially prepped for respray. entire car is cut-in with Honda Silverstone Metallic from the Honda S2000/NSX. Engine bay is painted Honda Granada Black Pearl.
Body: the car is almost perfectly straight. there's a dent in the driver's door and a very small section of rust above the driver's rear wheel well. it is structurally sound though, just a bit of bubbling from the surface.
Interior: black cloth seats. OEM honda ITR shift boot. Skunk2 gunmetal 440g. weighted shift knob (http://www.statracing.com/buy/skunk2-shift-knob.asp).
Audio/video: there is no equipment installed, but I pre-wired the entire car with a custom 'wiring harness'. front/rear/sub with remote turn-on and power. it is a super clean install with thick aftermarket wire and grouped RCA's.
Suspension: KYB AGX shocks (http://www.slickcar.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=2600) with H&R Race springs (http://www.modacar.com/products/Acura/Integra/HRSS3/H%26R+Race+Springs+(Sta.html) (reds). KYB shock bushings. Function7 RLCA's (http://www.kingmotorsports.com/category.aspx?cat=40). new inner/outer tie rod ends. new lower ball joints. OEM GSR strut tower bar.
Brakes: new rotors front and rear. nearly new Front EBC Greenstuff (http://www.modacar.com/products/Acura/Integra/EBCGREENSTUFF/EBC+Greenstuff+Sport+Brak.html) pads.
Mounts: Innovative H into EG/DC mounts (http://www.innovativemounts.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=29550)... wrinkle black powdercoat... black 75a "Track" urethane.
Axles: DriveshaftShop Lv.0 H into EG/DC swap axles
Exhaust: APEXi N1 2.5" cat-back, Magnaflow 2.5" (in/out) x 22" long resonator, Magnaflow 2.5" high-flow cat. lower portion of DC header, upper from Megan. 2.5" flanges.
Other stuff: new OEM Honda Timing Belt/tensioner, OEM Water pump, OEM valve cover gasket set, Nology Hotwires, new plugs..cap..rotor, flushed coolant - new stuff added, new oil/oil filter, brand new 51R interstate battery, new battery cables and terminals, all vacuum lines were replaced, etc etc.
To finish this project:
- it needs a new knock sensor. the old one's plug is broken.
- need to buy an O2 sensor
- Interior must be put back in
- Exhaust needs to be finished. a few flanges must be welded on.
- Paint/body
- wheels/tires
- 'custom' power steering line (if you want PS) ($80)
- 'custom' AC line (if you want AC) ($40)
- random little details.
Price: I'm asking $5,800. I'm fairly firm on this price, but if you are interested I may be able to be a bit flexable. this price is less than the total amount for all of the part alone.
The car is almost finished. With just a little bit of work this thing will be perfect. I am really having a hard time thinking about selling it but it just needs to happen. If you have any questions at all, please post in here or PM me. I'm sure i forgot some things so i'll be editing this post as i remember them. haha.
