No rust, no AC. Car is freshly painted etc. All the body work was done, paint stripped etc. Not a maaco spray job haha. I am going to my in laws house tonight (where i saved the car) to take pictures.

That thing is pretty beat up, has some very cheap knock off parts on it too. I might be interested if you can do something with the price.
btw thats not a pulsar motor its a u13 bluebird, which is not a pulsar, its actually more like a altima. So you say your using a adpater plate on the turbo so it can be mounted to the manifold? Because you would usually get a gtir manifold not a bluebird, which would bolt right up to that turbo.

The engine swap was from the bluebird, I just posted what I was told at the jdm supplier. The turbo that came with the swap was tiny, we had a silvia s14 turbo here and swapped it over and made an adapter plate.
That price as it is I personally think is low. The car was freshly painted (looks like ass because again, its been sitting in a garage going on 3.5 months on Friday.
Paint $800
Engine Swap $700
ACT Clutch Kit $370
Lights were $140
Installation was $500
Exhaust was $130
Fresh Windows $600, there all new and just need installation.
Total so far $3240 not including the stuff I am giving away with the car.
Thats not including the cost of the car itself.

Parts prices mean absolutely nothing, so i don't know why you would post that and the way that thing is put together is just plain horrible. I have seen MANY turbo'ed b13's and that has to be the most rigged I have seen.
Don't get me wrong the motor and clean body definitely add some decent value for a 16yr old car, but i think you would have been better off not rigging it up thats all. All you have to do is get a gti-r manifold and the turbo would fit perfect if you clock it upwards( I am using the same turbo on a gti-r motor with a gtir manifold) That alone would make a HUGE difference.
I wish you good luck with the sale and if I had a little over 2k I would come check it out just for the motor and clean body. Also you should probably get the windows installed, clean it up, then take some pics.
