Got 2 tickets

40 over in a 55mph and a carless..

I realize I made a huge mistake. Endangered lives.

Im praying I don't lose my lisence as I will have to drop out of school, which I am very close to graduating..

I've been very well for the past 1 1/2 years without any violations. I really would leap at the chance of severely diminishing the tickets.

A police officer cant come with you to court unless he's testifying against you. Sounds like you need a lawyer. Good luck...

I guess I could try and go through the channels at the police station and try to schedule a meeting or a few minutes as to where I could talk to him?

What you have to do is contact the court and plead not guilty. This will give you court date and you will need to talk to the prosecutor(DA) about pleading to a lesser charge.

The problem was I fell asleep behind the wheel. Apparently because my seat is back a little 2 far, I slouched down and jammed my right foot on the gas
