seven oaks apartment, West Chester, Packed with nice rides anyone??

I just moved into the seven oaks apartments in west chester, and noticed some nice rides all over the neighborhood and even some people walking through a parking lot with a steering wheel in their hands. Anyone on here? I know most are UTI students.

Watch your car, areas like that are THEFT magnets because they know UTI students go there and there are nice rides. My buddies GSR got stolen from there and was taken to deleware

yea when i was moving in people kept passing my car, even caught some checking it out up close while i was upstairs moving my stuff in.
I would expect people to look out for each other cars cause everyone knows how much car enthusiasts spend time and money on their rides.
