Leaf spring de-arching in Montco or Bucks?

I'm looking into the best ways to lower my TacomaSR. Nothing crazy, just a 2 or 3" drop. I know blocks would be the easiest way to do the rear, but they supposedly cause a lot of wheel hop.

I'd like to get my springs de-arched, but don't know which companies might do this sort of work.

anyone have any leads?
