welcome to tst. tst mostly consists of people from pa, new york, new jersey, delaware and connecticut. i think you might be the only foreign person here besides a couple members in the US armed services serving in other countries. but again welcome to tst.

Welcome... i've come to realize that "tri-state" is used in a lot of different places... but around here it refers to a section of the Northeast U.S. in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York area.
Regardless of that you're more than welcome here and hopefully you enjoy your stay.
