Which lip kit??

Im trying to decide which lip kit to put on my car. The back im going with the type r, but front i cant decide whether to go with mugen or type r. Im leaning more towards mugen but i figured id get a few opinions.

I like them they look nice

no those 2 mods on my car dont do anything for performance. i think the lips look nice as well... i was under the impression that they create some sort of drag though..maybe im wrong..

Oh, nah I mean my car isnt much of a drag car or anything yet haha, so they wont make much of a difference

From what I hear it actually helps in not letting air under the car which therefor gives it less drag.... :confused: ...I dont know that for sure but I think someone said that before.

anyway, I hope you go with the type r rear and mugen front...look sexy with my side skirts that you have :thumbup:

I would imagine that would cause less LIFT. MORE drag because the air now has to hit it and go around/above it, but if it's not going UNDER the car, it's reducing lift...IF it actually works like it should. Most are for just visual and not really to improve aerodynamics.

Yea, your right I said it wrong...but bottom line they are mostly for looks.

Yeah, hence the only way I'd get a body kit is if it was designed for aerodynamics, not for looks. I don't care if it looks like ass if it reduces lift/drag.

Mine isn't really for aerodynamics but the holes in the left hand side of the front bumper do directly lead to my intake...so this maybe pretty good (better air flow?). Then there is the huge gap in the middle for my FMIC when I go Turbo :mrgreen:
