take your stock mufflers off, drill out the rivets on the end, seperate the end piece from the main body, remove internals, install new baffles and packing, re rivet end cap, reinstall

Yea and actually thats cheap for a full system!

o no i wasn't talking about a full system i am just talking the slip ons! the full system is more complex aka more money, yamaha has a "vtec" called exhaust but instead of it controlling the exhaust valves on the head it opens an exhaust valve on the header to let more exhaust flow! and because of that is why the headers cost SO MUCH! but just slip ons are a lot i really think i am going to go with some baffles tho over the winter tho because i don't want to miss any time riding!

lol i would eliminate those 'exhaust butterflies' and have someone weld me up a custom exhaust. i was in west chester yesterday and i saw a bike almost exactly like yours lol he stared me down in my truck so i thought maybe it was you

edit: oh and you can see your rx7 plate in the bike gas tanks reflection

thats because its so nice and shiney! it was buffed perfectly :D as for the exhaust i am finding a lot of used stock exhaust with the baffles already installed for 100 bucks! only 10 bucks more then buying the baffles and doing the work :D

that double bubble is the way to go, one of the best mods i've done. the suspension tune, exhaust mods, and the brake upgrade i just got are bad ass as well, but the DB make such a difference.
