There used to be a place in Berlin, NJ. I had my mustang dynoed there. I think it was called Carpenters Race Engines or somthing like that. I am not sure if it is still there. They had a 2wd dynojet and a motorcycle dyno.

I think that there are actually 2 places on Berlin-Cross Keys Road in Albion that have 2WD dynos.

Why not check out Philly Dyno Works: http://philadelphiadsm.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3566
I'll be there.
Should be fun trying to get the car together by then....
Probably about 10 hours worth of work left before it's running. So for me that is actually about 20 hours, lol. So if I can work on the car about an hour each night, weather permitting, if I start today I think I might just be able to finish with a few minutes to spare... lol.
:)
Otherwise, since your in Northern Jersey with a Mitsubishi I would have to recommend Turbotrix. Good bunch of guys there that really know Mitsubishis.

I just wanted to explore my options that are closer and help people out that need a place.
Stay away from Precision Dyno...all I'm gonna say.

What kind of boost are you getting, turbo or S/C?
Installing it yourself, or getting it done somewhere?

Right now i am looking into the Ripp stage one conversion kit mad by tearstone on club3g.com or his turbo running 7psi i think? Either way it will be a suck through tuned by an e-manage. I am going to do the instalation of everthing minus the e-manage and the fuel system. F'n any of those two ,besides the oil feed to the blower/turbo, could be bad time.

For the e-manage install/tuning, talk to Ray at Rev It Up Motorsports.
They have experience with e-manage install on the 3G.
If you want to see the Ripp S/C first hand, let me know and I'll try to make it to one of the meets so you can take a look and have a ride.
EDIT: Just wanted to make note, I'm NOT trying to sway you to Ripp. I'm just offering you the chance to experience it to help you with your decision. If you've been on club3g.com, I trust you've seen the turbo vs S/C Jihads that have taken place there. I don't participate in those. I just like people to be able to make informed decisions.

Very good place to go, my friend dropped a VF34 in his '02 Wrx, and they got 335Hp out of it on the dyno with UTEC. They are cheap also, i would check them out.
