aahhh you made the quick mistake of placing the bumper back on the car prematurely. when I put my front mount on, I went sans bumper for at least a week to make sure it wasn't going to leak etc.

make a boost leak tester and you'll quickly find any leaks you're having...

Search around there is a lot of do it yourself guides on how to make one. That would be your best bet to check it and fix every leak that pops up. How much boost do you plan on running once everything is fixed?

Sounds cool, I still prefer the Fernco with a PVC cap w/valve stem.

I have the same fmic on my car, and i thought my 650 shipped was a good price for it but damn you got a deal

as for the boost leak mine was leaking for lil bit to but it would still boost fine, but i found my leak was coming from the upper pipe where it meets the turbo, so i tighten it down real tight and now its gone and boosting fine

a little trick is to use hair spray ;) ...spray it on the end of the pipe before you put the coupler on and then clamp it down...if the clamps have a bolt head use the proper socket and doen't use a flat head screw driver, are the T-bolts or worm gear clamps? are the pipes bead rolled on the end or just flat? probably just need to use hair spray and tighten down the clamps a little more should solve your propblem...

never thought of that.......... the pipes all have little lips and there t bolts tomarrow were running the smoke machine through it and if that doesnt work my friend whos a vw tech is just gona use the vw tool which carges it so we can find the leak
