25k on a crotch rocket is what i consider "high mileage" but it varies... it all depends on how the bike was maintained

Yeah, I usually consider 20k high miles.

Not like mileage matters on a bike. I saw scooters and bikes in Europe with 80,000kms on them. (Saw a Ducati that was about to roll over the odometer)

my one buddy has like 40,000 miles on his mid 90s cbr iirc and another friend has like 30,000 on his late 90s zx6. So i figure, as long as the bike is well maintained it should be fine...

i had a 93 cbr 600 f2, when i sold it it had 44,000 on it, still ran great, all i really had to do other than normal wear n tear stuff was replace the cam chain tensioner with a manual one

^^ yea on my katana its recommended to just change a spring out inside the tensioner. im gonna knock it out along with setting the valves sometime this week. coming on 24k soon
