Right now I am trying to get an apartment together for the fall semester up at state college - as of right now it is me and a friend but it seems like every place I go has things booked up. We found a pretty ballin apartment that is 3 bedrooms and if we had 3 people it would be under 300 a month. It includes everything like full kitchen, washer/dryer in apartment, etc and is pretty damn new (the entire complex looks immaculate so far...)
Only catch is you have to like dogs, we have a siberian husky that is just awesome and I haven't met anyone who doesn't like her.
We are looking to get someone to join us like august/september as we haven't signed any lease yet. We are probably looking to do 1 year but the office does custom more short term leases so if you are interested and need a place to stay drop me a PM.
Part time student, not going to school, whatever - just let me know.
