nasty... I have that bad habbit too. My method of cleaning them is dropping solution in my eye and rubbing it. We are going to go blind :bigeek:

Some can be worn for longer... I guess congrats on taking them out I THINK. When i read the title i thought it was pirate day or something.

My wife and her brother use to do this sort of stuff. It got to the point where their eyes just couldn't deal with contacts anymore.

Me too, if I leave them in for too long or what not, my eyes feel like crud and I have to wear my glasses for a while till they heal.

i wore contacts nonstop at months at a time for about 7 years and the eye doctor said my eyes are fine, she didn't even know i was doing that. ALTHOUGH i did now switch to the night and days, approved for up to a months wear at a time.....yet i still wear them for a couple months.

Wearing them like that isn't gonna cause any odd diseases, it just causes blood vessels to get screwed up sometimes bc there isn't enough oxygen getting to them.

i wish i could wear contacts like that and just not notice them... :roll:

<--- not a good contact candidate. saving up for laser vision correction once they get that risk of blindness percentage down a tad.

I feel you on that but if you go to the right place and the right doctor your odds of having somehting bad happen are slim. Ps i feel like the glasses are part of ur persona i don't know how u would look without them.

yea i look pretty dumb, but i could get used to not being so dependent on them... i hate not being able to find my glasses if they fall on the floor!

no no no- just that i've had them since second grade, so i've had plenty of time and learned to live with them, etc...
