Powdercoating Work Needed

Looking for some Powdercoating work I have a set of 18inch rims they are exel v8 same as the veloxx vx8 rims looking to do them red(close to the stock red code is E4), with the inner grooves on the spokes gloss black. Also I Have valve Cover for a ford focus(contour metal cover) want it Gloss black with red accent on ford and zetec logo. i can try to grab pics if it helps and maybe to a photo shop(or paint)

hmm if i don't take the turnpike your are about two hours away but if i do your 1hr and 37 mins away. also do i need to do anything to the wheels or valve cover? i mean the valve cover is stripped down already but do i have to strip the finish off the wheels?
