i'm worried that this bolt has enough stress on it it deserves something automotive grade.
I don't want this happening again, and especially not on the highway or something@!

grade5 and metrics aren't in grades they are in a class.
class 8.8 or 10.9 for auto grade

what does it do? i just picked up some hard to find bolts at Pendell Hardware, but thats a bit of a drive for you.
not sure what timeframe you're on but i'm sure you could always order it online if you need to...

yeah i ordered two from a dealership, but it comes thurs-fri (if it comes in on time).
the bolts have exact 1/2 of threadless area for the pulley to sit on. it holds the pulley against the block so I want something strong (since it already snapped in half), and so thats why i'm so cautious.
