State College Apartment for rent

I know there are a few state college people here, if there are any undergrads looking for a place, or know someone looking for a place, I have a place for $425 a month. First months rent due Aug 1. $425 security deposit, $20 application fee. You get your own bedroom, my friend has the other room. Hardwood floors, a shared deck out back. All utilities are paid for except electricity and cable/internet (heat is paid for). Apartment is located on Beaver Ave and High Street. PM me if you are interested.
