one of my roommates will be leaving this month, so his room will be open.
house is in clifton heights on baltimore avenue, 20 minutes from center city ( CC is straight up baltimore ave btw ) the train/trolly is 1 block down the street. we're across the street from a strip mall with a pharmacy, laundry mat, pizza place, chinese restraunt, and some weird ass indian place. also a bar right next door.
the house is 3 bedrooms, the front room is an office that we don't have access too. we have a fenced in backyard, a nice grill, picnic table and ****. central air, comcast digital cable, wireless internet ( b/g/n ) and all utilites covered with rent so you don't pay **** else.
you would be living with myself, and one other laid back guy. he's 23 and works at primos as an autistic support teacher. we're both quiet at night since we work early. neither of us are around very much except in the evening.

rent is $550 a month plus a $300 security deposit, so $850 to move in. lease terms are up to you but i prefer no less than 6 month lease.
