Disc read error isn't that bad.

I can help you out.

MY PS2 does that sometimes. I adjusted the lens height and it helped. I noticed that if the CD is scratched a lot, it will give that error.

PS2's are easy to access. Try accessing a 360.

i didnt think our 360 was that bad, we had to fix the red light of death a few months ago cause microsoft was bs'ing us and saying we were out of warranty.

you need to adjust your laser contact angle. Not to hard, there is a worm screw that you twist. Do it in small increments and test with a DVD, a game, and an audio cd....which ever angle works for all three is the money one.

Thanks guys!

I really dont play games that much, or I should say that I dont have time alone that often to play. I cant justify dropping $500 on a new system I would use once a month and most likely just play the new GTA when I have PS2 and GTASA now.
