I ran the emra test and tune on friday in my 944. What a great track!! The track drives much better then it looks on paper. The blind rising turns are much quicker then you would think and feels like a roller coaster. All of the turns are a challenge and should remain a challenge for a long time. I am looking foward to another day there. I couldn't run the whole weekend since I had other stuff I had to do, but the trip there on Friday was well worth it.

I ran on Sat and Sun. I agree the track is much better then on paper, plus it is extremely fast. Out of the 29 cars racing on Sunday i would have placed 4th overall but my car decided to break on the second to last lap. Besides my car taking a crap the new track made the weekend that much better. The facilities and staff are extremely professional and i will be looking forward to running more events. I have a video of the race so hopefully one of these days i'll get it online .

but unless they are forecasting 100% chance of rain I'm bringing the z06 to this one. :lol:

just checked the forecast again... looks like its getting worse, chance of rain went up to 40%, which probably means it will be fine cause the weather guys don't know squat.

Even if it is wet the track should dry out quickly with all the humidity... or maybe not :bigeek: :eek:
