My boy has one liljitbugal....I want one hopefully this summer.

I own two. My one is a 150 cc that does about 65 mph, the other is a Kymco 250 that will easily surpass highway speeds. Gotta tell ya there a blast to ride since there so light and flickable.

I have a Kymco Super 9 49cc factory limited to 27mph but with my new 35 dollar mod I can now do 45mph

Probably not now, but i've been thinking about getting a scooter down the road. Is it worth it to get my bike license and get a 80cc-150cc'ish scooter so i'm not limited to the 40-45 or so mpg 49cc scooters are good for?

if you want...yeah it probably is but for now i think i'll do the 49cc route.
