Title pretty much says it all...
I'm 18, going to be attending USP (43rd street) in the fall so I wanna find an apartment/house in the area with people I can room with. Trying to find a fairly quiet place to stay (parties every now and then are fine by me). I NEED to be serious about school so I'm not really looking for someone who parties every night. School starts August 22nd, I can move in whenever you want me to before then pretty much. I would be good about making payments and would treat the place like my own home.
