I just bought myself a 2002 VW Passat Wagon and i was wondering if there was anything in the aftermarket area for it besides the supercharger for it by pes or vf engineering. intake, catback exhaust, cams, anything? Cause Goapr.com and awe-tuning don't really have much for the 2.8L V6 besides this supercharger and the clutch kit.

Here's the problem though. Most of those are area either information about upgrades or they cover the 1998-2001 passat or only the 1.8T for 2002 and on. I have seen the V6 for 2001 and it looks exactly the same as the one i have along with the audi A4 engine for both years. I was wondering what the big difference is if you know?

im sure there are plenty of parts....you probably have the same engine i have in my car....im sure neuspeed makes an intake for your car, or even just a drop in filter.........is it a 6 speed? 5 speed? auto?

im sure giac makes chips also, actually they have to make chips for ur car, get that first dude....then u should get a techtonics exhaust like me :) vr6's sound nice

they do GIAC chips ( they might have some other brands) at the awetuning in willowgrove. i've heard nothing but the best about giac chips.

Yeah ive found chips and the drop in filter, but i was looking more internal stuff. It has the 2.8L V6 with a 5 Speed FWD. And as for the exhaust department i have only found 1.8T kits nothing for the 2.8 wagon?
Where did you get this exhaust and are you going to the meet tonight so i could possibly hear this.

Scratch that the GIAC chip only covers up until 2001.5 cars not including mine :-(

try apr chips.....i drove by the meet i ended up going to red robin thats where some of my buddies were.....i forget the site i got my exhaust from....the company is called techtonics tuning....they specialize in volkswagen....its like volkswagen roots lol...check em out...my exhaust sounded great at first...it comes with a borla muffler...anyway yeah, well the muffler dumped out at the left rear spring, and the tip that they give you is so cheesey, so i had to buy a tip and get a pipe welded from the muffler back..so that quieted it down a lot, made it sound a lil crappier, but im still happy with it

its hard to find stuff for ur car man...check out this site importperformanceparts.net...saw some unorth. racing pulley sets for your car....you get catback exhaust, intake, and some pulleys for your car youll notice a huge difference, keep looking for a chip too
