Hello, I'm thinking of buying an after market high intensity discharge kit for my car in 6000K. This is a white color with a slight blueish tint. My question is can I get pulled over for something like this in PA, DE or NJ? Thanks for you time.

As long as the lights are white there is no violation just be sure that they are not blinding to other drivers. No sense in seeing the car slamming into you really really well now is there?
