I was pulled over in a township in lower bucks county, for 1. having a smoked License plate cover with chrome frame, 2. My brake lights were not red but blacked out( you can see my running tail lights and brake lights when pressed, and window tint which is not legal and i understand. i never know those lincese plate covers were not legal? or are they and this cop was busting them. but i only ended up with one ticket which was for my tail lights, is it ok to have them tinted ? as long as you can see my brake lights?
